A very authentic and relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant and Gianni’s is easily the best Italian food I have experienced. The mushroom risotto is amazing and my husband was very happy with his steak! My son loves to come here for his birthday especially and we were looked after very well by the very attentive staff. This is our third time here as a family and we definitely will be back again and again!

As always, we were looked after superbly by the team at Gianni’s. We come here for special occasions (this time for a special birthday meal for my husband: a group of 20). Nothing was too much trouble.. food delicious, service great and atmosphere wonderful. Thank you all.

What a lovely little hidden gem. Had a birthday meal here and the food and service were spot on. We arrived slightly earlier than our reservation but we were still seated straight away. Hot, tasty and good sized portions. We shared a couple of starters and the Whitebait was a standout, absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

It has been so long since our last visit at Gianni’s but yesterday night we finally managed to go back. The menu offers a wide choice of dishes: pasta, chicken, veal, amazing fillets and fish. We had one of the starters on the Specials board, the fried courgette flowers, but also the mix of fried seafood, then we opted for two fillets and a profiterole to share as dessert. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be back sooner this time!

Been going here for years and by far the best Italian in Cheltenham. Recently visited for my Mother in Laws birthday and once again we weren't disappointed. Food was fantastic and fresh, service was great and the atmosphere was lovely! Mario and his team do such a great job! Would highly recommend.

Four of us had three courses. Every plate of food was lovely and all plates went back empty. We all thought the food was excellent value for money, (23 ISH) for a large sirloin steak Diane with little fat and with a good choice of vegetables. Starters and deserts were freshly prepped and well presented, even the coffee was superb. Good honest fabulous food. We need to go back

We had our Christmas dinner with colleagues from work and it was an absolute perfect night. From starter to dessert, the food was amazing, so tasty, so fresh, hot and the portions were very generous. The staff was very friendly and the serving was fast as well. It was first time dinning at this restaurant, but we will surely come back. Highly recommend!
